Council has decided that the C M Yonge Award for 2003 will be for a suitable offer of a bivalve paper at the Forum on November 6th 2003. In the absence of an award being made, the amount will be held over towards supporting student participation at the Unitas meeting in Perth in 2004.

Applications, including an abstract, an estimate of the cost of travel and accommodation, and an academic reference, should be submitted by 1^st September 2003 to:
