Notice Of Extraordinary General Meeting And Annual General Meeting

At 13:30 on the 19th March 2001, there will be an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Malacological Society of London, to consider the following changes to the Rules of The Society.

1. that there should be a change of date in Rule 5.C from 'June' to '31 January'.

  • This rule change is caused by the need to issue a Bulletin in February as a precursor to the Annual General Meeting in Spring.

2. that the list of Council Officers should include a Membership Secretary.


The EGM will be followed immediately by the 108th Annual General Meeting.

Both meetings will take place in the Department of Zoology, Downing St., Cambridge.

4. Financial report, including approval of Auditor
